Nymex reformulated gasoline blendstock for October RBV4, -0.46% The benchmark gasoline contract rose nearly 8 cents, or 3%, to settle at $2.62 a gallon. Heating oil for October delivery HOV4, -0.44% gained 7 cents, or 2.5%, to end at $2.8658 a gallon on Nymex.

Natural gas for October delivery NGV14, +0.23% lost 4 cents, or 1.1%, to settle at $3.8470 per million British thermal units.
