MARKET UPDATES :
Shares on Bursa Malaysia closed mixed today, bolstered by finance-linked counters with Hong Leong Financial gaining 38 sen to RM17.76, dealers said They said bargain hunting lifted the market, which has been on five straight weeks of correction, but further gains were capped by mild selling .At 5pm, the benchmark FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) finished 5.84 points higher at 1,846.34, after opening better at 1,841.05.The FBM KLCI hovered between 1,839.2 and 1,846.75.
