The top active stocks today were Singtel, which gained 0.46%, UOB, which gained 0.91%, DBS, which gained 0.24%, CapitaLand, which gained 0.27% and OCBC Bank, with a 0.84% advance. The FTSE ST Mid Cap Index declined 0.11%, while the FTSE ST Small Cap Index declined 0.12%.
