THE likely largest listing of the year, that of Eco World International Bhd (EWI), will see the entry of a big-name shareholder.
Teaming up with property tycoon Tan Sri Liew Kee Sin will be Tan Sri Quek Leng Chan, and both will be joining forces to take on the international property market.
EWI, the brainchild of Liew, which has been at least two years in the making, only recently began a roadshow for its RM2bil listing. Monies raised from the initial public offering (IPO) will be used to embark on development projects in mature overseas markets such as the United Kingdom and Australia.
