Grand-Flo sees 4.6% stake traded off-market

Grand-Flo Bhd saw a 4.62% stake traded off-market on Friday at an average price of 19 sen.

 Stock market data showed that the stake in the IT solutions provider comprised 22.36 million shares. Its paid-up share capital is 483.11 million shares.

Grand-Flo involves in the integrated enterprise data collation and collation system solutions using bar coding and radio frequency technologies, IT solutions specialising in automated data collation processes and mobile computing.

Grand-Flo Corporation Sdn Bhd is the largest shareholder with 15.43% or 73.86 million shares.

At midday, Grand-Flo was down 0.5 sen to 20 sen.
