Daikin Industries of Japan will build a commercial air conditioning equipment plant in Malaysia.
Daikin Industries' new factory
is to produce large air conditioning units beginning in 2018 for
installation in airports and other commercial facilities, the report
said.

The plant will be constructed on the
outskirts of Kuala Lumpur, with initial investment projected to top 3
bln yen (US$29.3 mln), Reuters reported quoting Japan's Nikkei.
