Crude-oil futures gained Tuesday, with some support from international tensions and as traders kept an eye on the upcoming weekly supply reports.
Light, sweet crude futures for delivery in October CLV4, +0.01% rose 51 cents, or 0.5%, to settle at $93.86 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange.
October Brent crude LCOV4, +0.22% on London’s ICE Futures exchange lost 15 cents, or 0.1%, to end at $102.50 a barrel.
