Crude-oil futures extended losses to a second session Monday as concerns over plentiful supplies outweighed tensions in oil-producing regions like the Middle East.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange, light, sweet crude futures for delivery in October CLV4, +0.19% lost 30 cents, or 0.3%, to settle at $93.35 a barrel, its fourth loss in the past six sessions.
October Brent crude LCOV4, +0.15% on London’s ICE Futures exchange rose 36 cents, or 0.4%, to end at $102.65 a barrel.
