Crude-oil futures fell Thursday after a weekly supply report showed a smaller-than-expected decline in U.S. inventories.
Light, sweet crude futures for delivery in October CLV4, +0.05% declined $1.09, or 1.1%, to settle at $94.45 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange.
October Brent crude on London’s ICE Futures exchange LCOV4, -0.04% fell 94 cents, or 0.9%, to end at $101.83 a barrel.
