Penang Development Corporation (PDC) expects to rake in a revenue of RM484 million following the sale of 99 hectares of land in Batu Kawan to Aspen Group Holdings Sdn Bhd. Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng said, the land, sold at RM45 per sq ft, would be developed into the Aspen Vision City, a flagship project comprising regional integrated shopping mall, mixed residence, offices, central park, international schools and an integrated central transportation hub for Seberang Prai.
