Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd is eyeing stakes in airports in India and Indonesia.
"We are looking at airports closer to Malaysia as well as airports in other high performing countries," MAHB managing director Datuk Badlisham Ghazali told StarBiz at the sidelines of the Global Airport Development Asia 2015 conference in Kuala Lumpur.
MAHB had disposed its 10% stake in Delhi International Airport Private Ltd to GMR Airports Ltd, a subsidiary of GMR Infrastructure Ltd, for a consideration of US$79mil.
Meanwhile, the Malaysian airport operator has pre-qualified its bid for the maintenance job at the King Abdulaziz International Airport, Jeddah (Saudi Arabia).
