Funding for newly “reactivated” ValueCap Sdn Bhd will be pumped into the company by its three shareholders in stages, according to Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Seri Abdul Wahid Omar.
“We felt that it is timely to reactivate ValueCap and to revisit the collaboration among the shareholders,” he said.
The fund, Wahid said, would invest in companies listed on Bursa Malaysia.
The shareholders of ValueCap are Khazanah Nasional Bhd, Permodalan Nasional Bhd and Retirement Inc Fund (KWAP).
