Manufacturer and hotel operator Asia Knight Bhd had proposed to extend the submission of its regularisation plan for up to five months.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia on Monday, the Practice Note 17 company said it had submitted an application to Bursa for the extension from Oct 31 to March 30, 2016.
“Such application will therefore be pending a decision to be made by Bursa Securities,” it said.
Previously, the company had proposed for a capital reduction, share premium reduction, rights issue with warrants and acquisition of PA Builders Sdn Bhd for RM75mil, among others.
