Singapore-listed Cordlife Group Ltd’s offer of 45 sen per share for all the remaining shares it did not own in Stemlife Bhd is “fair and reasonable”, according to an independent advice circular from Mercury Securities.
Mercury Securities has also recommended shareholders to “accept” the offer.
However, it said the decision to be made would rest entirely on the individual risk appetite and specific investments requirements of the holders.
Mercury Securities advised shareholders to closely monitor the market prices of the Stemlife shares and information and announcements in relation to the offer before making a decision.
