Telekom Malaysia postpones e-billing for broadband to July 2016

Telekom Malaysia Bhd has postponed its proposed e-billing as the default billing for its broadband Streamyx and UniFi customers from the earlier January to July 2016.

It said on Wednesday its customers subscribing only to its telephone service, without broadband, would continue to receive the printed bill for free

Currently, e-Bill is an option that is encouraged for all customers to adopt. With e-Bill, broadband customers would receive the pdf copy of the monthly bill via email within four days and SMS alert within seven days after the respective bill date.
