Astro Malaysia Holdings Bhd announced that it has won the rights to broadcast English Premier League (EPL) matches for the next three seasons from 2016/17 to 2018/19.
The agreement will see all 380 EPL matches every season being made available live on Astro TV in full high definition and on all mobile devices via Astro on the Go (AOTG).
In a statement on Thursday, the satellite TV broadcaster’s group chief operating officer Henry Tan said the group has strengthened its position as the home of sports and the unrivalled choice of sports fans by winning the EPL rights which covers all matches over the next three seasons.
