Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd (MAHB) incurred a net loss of RM42.9mil in its fourth quarter due to “huge charges” in depreciation and finance costs in its Turkey operations.
The airport operator had posted earnings of RM577.73mil during the same quarter a year ago.
Chief financial officer Raja Azmi Raja Nazuddin said it had incurred RM239mil in depreciation and finance costs in the Turkey operations alone.
