PECCA Group Bhd plans to raise up to RM67.87mil from the issuance of 47.79 million new shares at RM1.42 per share.
PECCA, which makes leather upholstery for cars and leather products for aircraft, said of the 47.76 million new shares, it would make available 9.4 million new shares to the public and another 9.4 million shares for the eligible staff.
It added that the remaining 28.99 million new shares woul be placed out to selected investors.
The IPO would also involve an offer for sale of 43.33 million shares of which 24.53 million would also be placed out. The remaining 18.80 million shares placed out to approved Bumiputera investors.
