MALAYSIAN shares ended higher on Friday with the Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 13.62 points to close at 1,668.40.

Some 1.89 billion lots, valued at RM1.92 billion were traded.

Gainers numbered 476 while losers numbered 310.
