The FBM KLCI index gained 13.49 points or 0.81% on Tuesday. The Finance Index increased 0.90% to 14268.37 points, the Properties Index up 0.92% to 1209.2 points and the Plantation Index rose 0.31% to 7557.51 points. The market traded within a range of 12.49 points between an intra-day high of 1677.56 and a low of 1665.07 during the session.
