Bursa Malaysia Securities has issued an unusual market activity (UMA) query on the recent rise and volume of Perak-based Scanwolf Corporation Bhd.
At 11.15am, it was up two sen to 49.5 sen. There wre 1.17 million shares done at prices ranging from 49 sen to 51.5 sen.
Scanwolf was listed on Bursa Malaysia on July 16, 2007. Its core business are designing and manufacturing plastic extrusions and property development.
Bursa Securities had queried the company whether there was any corporate development relating to its group’s business and affairs that had not been previously announced which might account for the trading activity including those in the stage of negotiation/discussion.
