Alam Maritim Resources Bhd has disposed its 84% stake in KJ Waja Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd for RM2 cash only.
Alam Maritim said on Friday its unit Alam Maritim (M) Sdn Bhd had completed the disposal of 1.255 million ordinary shares of RM1 each representing 84% of KJ Waja for a total cash consideration of RM2 to Kamarul Zaman Jantan and Norishah A Kadir.
Kamarul is a director of KJ Waja with a direct shareholding in KJ Waja of 245,000 ordinary shares of RM1 each (16%). Norishah is also a director of KJ Waja.
